I’m Kaylem, a London-based photographer and the founder of Kaylem Captures.
My work spans different areas of photography and visual storytelling. Through Kaylem Captures Photography (KCP) I cover fashion, events, portraits and travel, documenting people and environments in natural, authentic ways. Kaylem Captures Wildlife (KCW) focuses on wildlife, nature and macro photography, capturing the smaller details and quiet moments found in the natural world. I also explore virtual photography through Kaylem Captures Gaming (KCG), capturing cinematic moments within digital worlds.
Across each area of my work the approach remains the same: observing the moment and capturing it naturally rather than forcing the scene.
In 2026, some of my wildlife work from Kaylem Captures Wildlife was showcased at The National Gallery in London as part of a curated exhibition. I have also covered major fashion showcases including London Fashion Week as part of the press team, photographing runway and backstage moments during the Spring Summer 2026 and Autumn Winter 2026 seasons.
I have also worked with Africa Fashion Week London, photographing their 15th Anniversary before returning for their 16th Edition in 2026 as an Official Media Partner and Photographer.
More recently, I photographed my first red carpet event for A Letter to Black Men, a 2026 drama mini-series created by filmmaker Kiosa Sukami.
Alongside fashion and red carpet work, I regularly photograph events and nightlife across London, including work with Popout LDN at BOXPARK, documenting DJ sets, crowd energy and the atmosphere of live events.
Photography for me is about documenting moments as they happen, whether that’s on a runway, on a red carpet, in nature, at an event or exploring a new place.
